2. We will send to you a quote for the estimating service

We will review the size and detail of the plans, then we will send you a quote for the estimate or quantity takeoff service you request.

3. Deliver your complete estimate or quantity takeoff

Once you do the payment, our process start, at the end of the specified time, normally 7 to 8 business days, we will deliver the estimate or quantity takeoff service in PDF format and one Excel spread sheet

that you can modify.

What is the payment method?

You can pay for the construction estimating service or quantity takeoff service with Credit Card, we use Stripe's payment processing platform, you will receive an invoice from us aand you can easily pay in your email, or if you want to call us at 786-955-7450 to do the payment.

Where do you get your prices?

We get the prices from real supliers, and our rates are calculated in actual labor production, we encorage to our clients to provide us with the current labor cost rate that they are using and in that way create a more accurate concrete estimate.

What types of estimates do you do?

We serve concrete contractors, that being said we do estimates for concrete sidewalk, driveways, wall footings, spread footings, slab on grade, concrete columns and beams, elevated slabs, post-tension slabs, CMU walls, Tilt-up walls, etc. Our estimates are very detailed provideing all information and cost that you need to complete the project.

If we dont have a complete set of drawings, can you estimate as well?

Our experience aloow us to create a Rough Order of Magnitude estimate from schematic drawings, narratives or design development drawings, we will provide you with all qualification and assumtions included to create the estimate.

What is your estimate turnaround delivery time??

Normally our delivery for construction estimates is between 7-8 business days, buit each project is different and need to be evaluated separatly. In some cases if your project is very small, we can complete it in 2-3 business days. When we send the quote for the construction estimating services, you can see the estimates delivery time for your project, this time is subject to change if the client need to submit their bid ASAP, but will make us to apply and extra fee.

How reliable are your estimates?
